This month’s Player Spotlight is on 12-year-old Avy.

Avy currently attends lesson at Southern All-Stars for catching and hitting. Avy has incredibly increased her value as a catcher over the past few months working on receiving, framing, blocking and throw downs. Congrats Avy on perfecting your art and prepping for the upcoming JR High school season!

Southern Camps | Winter Edition

Southern All-Stars is hosting a series of softball camps this winter on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

Introduction to Pitching; 9a-10:30a
Softball Catching Camp; 10:45a-12:15p
Free Lunch; 12:15-12:45
Advanced Pitching Camp; 12:45p-2:15p
Softball Hitting Camp; 2:30p-4p

Camps are $50; Sign up for multiple camps and get a discount! (1 Camp $50, 2 camps $75, 3 camps $100).

$10 softball lessons for ages 8 and under throughout June. Lessons are available in pitching, hitting, catching and fielding!

Baseball Lessons Are Back

Southern All-Stars is now offering one-on-one baseball lessons for ages 12 and under for pitching, hitting, catching, fielding, and conditioning. Lessons are available 7 days a week at our indoor batting cages.

Southern All-Stars also offers team training packages and rentals of the cages at discounted prices.

Southern Trail Ride | April & May

Southern All-Stars will have its 4th annual trail ride soon! The location will be in Southern Illinois (exact location TBD).

We will host two rides beforehand to test out camera equipment and SXS durability / accessories. If you would like to join in on the adventure reach out to us and let us know!

Memorial Day Photo Contest

Southern All-Stars is hosting a Memorial's Day photo contest! Submit your best softball related Memorial's Day photo to be entered into a drawing on Memorial's Day for your choice of two free lessons, our shirt of the month hoodie (see this month's hoodie on this page) or $25 cash!

Players get one entry for their photo submitted and one for each person they refer to submit! Example: Refer 5 friends to have five additional entries into the drawing!

Conditioning | Sundays @ 3:30pm

Southern All-Stars offers free softball conditioning for softball players ages 8-14 every Sunday from 3:30-4:30pm. Prepare for the upcoming season getting in regular stretches and strengthening BEFORE season gets here while meeting other softball players in your area.

Southern All-Stars will host FASA sanctioned tournaments throughout the Southern Illinois, Midwest and Mid-South areas for all ages throughout the upcoming 2023-24 season.

Team Rates | Lessons as low as $15/ea

Southern All-Stars offers team rates as low as $15/ea when purchased in team packages (32 pack). Teams may purchase the lesson package to hand out to players in need of extra pitching, catching and / or hitting in order to propel the team forward for the upcoming or current season. Lessons may also be handed out for good attendance, good performance or other incentives to help the team out.
